REFUNDS AND PROBLEMS 

• Please note that I customize each return  treat.
• If the artwork does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, contact me  please within 7 days of receipt so we can discuss it.
• If you cannot find your order, please contact me at mail@caroka-art.de
• In the rather unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me with  clear images of the damage. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in  be in the same condition in which you received it. It  should  are also in the original packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, I will send  email you to let you know that I  received your return.
• I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at the same time.
• Upon approval  your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

• If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
• Then contact your credit card company. Often  it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact me   please email mail@caroka-art.de.

SHIPPING

• Original artwork is carefully packaged in rigid kraft cards.
• Will be shipped with DHL or UPS.
• After shipping, tracking number will be provided via email.
• Shipping costs may change based on location and size of artwork.
• Please allow 10 to 15 business days for international deliveries.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way (within 3-5 business days of purchase, in case of a delay I will notify you as soon as possible).
• To return your product, you should send your product with certificate to:

• and also by e-mail to mail@caroka-art.de with the corresponding shipping number.
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.
• If you are shipping an item over 80EUR you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that i receive your returned item.

MAJOR TAX

• Unfortunately, I have no control over any import taxes that may be levied by customs upon delivery, so I do not offer refunds of these charges.
